John Nelson conducts La Damnation de Faust at the Opera de Nice

Conductor John Nelson is in France for two performances of Berlioz’ La Damnation de Faust at the Opera de Nice, on 23 and 24 March.

Nelson will direct the renowned four-part oratorio joined by a distinguished cast, featuring John Irvin, Karine Deshayes, Rubens Amoretti and Luc Bertin-Hugault, with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice, the Chœur de l’Opéra de Nice as well as the Chœurs de l’Opéra de Monte-Carlo.
